Helping make CFD a standard part of everyday building simulation in Northern Europe.

It was a pleasure to present ETTViQ and FlowSIM Pro at BuildSim Nordic 2026 in Umeå, Sweden, from August 19 to 21.

We see great potential to bring CFD into more everyday building simulation projects across Northern Europe. With FlowSIM Pro, we aim to make airflow simulation more accessible and easier to integrate into established workflows, helping CFD become a standard part of building design and performance analysis.

Thank you to everyone who visited us and explored our software. We look forward to continuing the exchange and supporting the wider use of CFD in the Nordic building simulation community.

IBPSA-USA SimBuild 2026

FlowSIM Pro at SimBuild 2026

Sharing practical CFD workflows with the building simulation community in the U.S.

It was a pleasure to present FlowSIM Pro at SimBuild 2026 in Minneapolis and to discuss how CFD can become more accessible for everyday building simulation workflows.

While CFD is still not a dominant topic in many building performance projects in the U.S., the conversations at SimBuild showed a clear interest in practical, reliable, and easier-to-use airflow simulation tools. With the continued work of the ASHRAE community and the growing awareness of indoor air quality, comfort, and resilient building design, we believe CFD will become an increasingly important part of the simulation toolkit.

Thank you to IBPSA-USA and everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and shared their perspective. We look forward to helping move CFD forward together in the U.S. building simulation community.
