FlowSIM Pro makes powerful open source simulation tools accessible to everyone, with OpenFOAM as the CFD core. The focus is on the efficient preparation of building simulations. Developed in practice by engineers who know what matters in everyday project work. Import your BIM and 3D models directly; we significantly simplify the complex setup. Our modern graphics engine renders even large models with exceptional speed and is optimized for multicore processors. Evaluate CFD results directly in FlowSIM Pro, in high visual quality and without external tools like ParaView. With NVIDIA® RTX support for ray tracing and AI denoising as well as LuxCore for physically based rendering, you can combine CFD visualization with architectural rendering for impressive results. Explore your designs in virtual reality with OpenXR support. Runs on Windows and Linux. Need help? Use the built-in AI assistant to validate your simulation setup or get support.

System Requirements

FlowSIM Pro requires Windows 11 64-bit or a Linux 64-bit system such as Ubuntu. A fast graphics card with RTX support is recommended, ideally NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher. It also runs on AMD graphics cards such as Radeon RX 6600 or higher without RTX support. At least 16 GB of RAM is recommended for case setup, while CFD simulations have higher memory requirements. A fast processor such as Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 or better is also recommended. The software is designed for screen resolutions above 2K, ideally 4K.

Licensing

FlowSIM Pro is licensed per individual workstation. Each license is bound to the hardware (Machine ID) of the computer on which it is activated. Certain hardware upgrades are possible as long as the Machine ID remains unchanged. Moving to a new PC or operating system requires a new activation key. Network or floating licenses are currently not supported.
